Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing fjordgtm.com or engaging fjordGTM's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services. These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett).

2. Services

fjordGTM provides B2B GTM automation services including signal-based lead generation, Clay enrichment workflow development, and outbound sequence execution. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in individual service agreements or statements of work. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients engaging our services are responsible for: — Providing accurate ICP definitions, target market parameters, and product/service information — Ensuring that any first-party data shared with us was collected lawfully — Complying with applicable laws in their jurisdiction regarding commercial communications — Maintaining opt-out lists and honouring unsubscribe requests promptly fjordGTM is not liable for client misuse of delivered systems or data.

4. Intellectual property

Content on fjordgtm.com - including text, design, and code - is owned by fjordGTM and protected under Norwegian copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission. Workflow templates, Clay configurations, and sequence frameworks developed under a client engagement become the client's property upon full payment. fjordGTM retains the right to use anonymised methodologies and aggregate metrics for marketing and case study purposes.

5. GDPR and data protection

We operate in compliance with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) as applicable in Norway under the EEA Agreement. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data. For client engagements involving personal data processing, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be executed prior to commencement of work. Clients are the data controllers; fjordGTM acts as data processor for enrichment and sequencing activities.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, fjordGTM's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising from use of our services or systems.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship for a period of two years.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email where a client relationship exists.
